I want to talk about February and types of business that happened in February. A lot of people think that February would not be a good month for real estate and it's actually totally incorrect. Yes, it’s a little snowy out and it is definitely cold. What we’ve discovered in February though, is that there are the very serious buyers and the very serious sellers out there. I want to review the last few years of closings in February, and to talk about what kinds of business those were. And it's interesting because not every kind of business is exactly the same. Although every kind of business is truly appreciated, and I am very, very, grateful for each actual piece of business.
